AcroYoga Fundamentals: Base & Flyer Poses

This is the core of acroyoga, where one person acts as the 'base' on the ground and the other is the 'flyer' in the air. My classes break down these roles step by step, focusing on techniques to build the core strength, stability, and trust needed to perform these poses safely.

Partner-Assisted Stretches & Poses

We begin every session with partner work to gently open up the body and improve flexibility. Using a partner's support allows you to go deeper into stretches than you could on your own, while also learning to communicate and rely on each other.

Group Formations & Teamwork

Sometimes the most fun comes from working together in larger teams. In my classes, we explore formations with three or more people, which requires a high level of communication and creates a strong sense of community and shared accomplishment.
