This advanced partner yoga pose combines a forearm stand with a lunge, requiring strength and focus from both students. It is a great way to build communication and teamwork.

In this partner pose, one student acts as a stable base in bridge pose while the other balances on top. This fun exercise teaches children about stability, balance, and trusting their partner.

About Partner & Acro Yoga

In my studio, we focus on the relationship between the base and the flyer. Whether your child is supporting a peer in a bridge pose or finding balance in an inversion, they aren't just stretching. They are learning how to communicate and trust someone else's stability, which is a key part of how we build urja (energy) in the body.
