In this partner pose, one student acts as a stable base in bridge pose while the other balances on top. This fun exercise teaches children about stability, balance, and trusting their partner.
About Partner & Acro Yoga
In my studio, we focus on the relationship between the base and the flyer. Whether your child is supporting a peer in a bridge pose or finding balance in an inversion, they aren't just stretching. They are learning how to communicate and trust someone else's stability, which is a key part of how we build urja (energy) in the body.

Partner and Acro yoga creates a unique dynamic where kids stop competing and start collaborating. They learn to listen, adjust, and understand weight distribution. This isn't just about poses, it is about learning how to work as a team.
Safe and Disciplined Practice
Safety is the foundation of every session at my Amba Tower studio. I personally supervise each drill to ensure alignments are correct and transitions are smooth. We start with basic balance work and move towards more challenging inversions only when the child is ready.
