You will notice that many of these stories mention feeling safe and heard. In our live Zoom sessions, I use a specific 'Focus Mode' that allows me to watch your practice to correct your alignment, but you cannot see other participants. This allows you to focus entirely on your own breath and movement, just as you would in a private studio, without the distraction or pressure of a group setting.
