Why I Do This
I know what it’s like when hormones go haywire. Maybe your periods are unpredictable, you feel moody for no reason, or work stress is getting too much. I’ve been there, and I want to help you find some steadiness through yoga and mindful habits.
How I Work
I bring together yoga, breathwork, and simple nutrition hacks to support things like PCOS, thyroid imbalances, and tricky menstrual cycles. No, it’s not about nailing some difficult pose or following a strict diet. I’ll show you how just a few minutes a day can help tune your body’s signals and calm your mind. Sometimes, it’s more about small, regular steps than big changes.
