About My Philosophy & Self-Care

My online yoga sessions are designed with your privacy in mind. When you join on Zoom, I can enable 'focus mode' upon request, which means other participants cannot see your screen. You can practice from your living room, in your own clothes, without feeling compared to anyone else. It is just you, your mat, and the guidance you need to support your body's recovery.
