Yoga is how I show up for myself every day, not just a 60-minute class. Here is a look at the habits, travels, and mindset that keep me grounded, centered, and always ready to move.

A quiet moment of reflection on the beach. Connecting with nature is an essential part of my wellness routine, helping me stay grounded and centered.

A vibrant and nutritious smoothie bowl packed with fruits, nuts, and seeds. I believe that eating well is an act of self-respect and a crucial part of a disciplined, healthy lifestyle that supports a strong yoga practice.

My morning detox juice made with amla, lemon, and mint. Starting the day with something so nourishing is a simple way to support digestion, boost metabolism, and promote healthy skin from the inside out.

Taking in a breathtaking sunset in Thailand. Travel and experiencing the beauty of the world is a huge part of my life, reminding me to stay present and grateful.

A moment of poise during my travels. My yoga practice gives me the confidence and grace to move through the world, whether I am on a yoga retreat or exploring a new city.

A post-training selfie. I believe in a balanced approach to fitness, which for me includes both yoga and strength training to build a strong, resilient body.

Walking a serene path at a Buddhist meditation retreat in Sri Lanka. Moments like these are a reminder that the journey to inner peace is just as important as the physical practice of yoga.

A quiet moment in Mumbai. The Osho quote in the original caption reflects a core tenet of yoga: to be fully alive and present in every moment.

Another view from my travels in Thailand. Being surrounded by nature's vastness is a humbling experience that puts everything into perspective.

Looking out at the horizon, a practice in mindfulness and being present. Yoga teaches us to observe without judgment, both on and off the mat.

About A Yogi's Lifestyle

People often ask if my life is all green juice and perfect headstands, but the truth is it's just about balance. Whether I am traveling solo to find a quiet space for meditation or hitting the gym for heavy lifting, everything I do is to feed my own nervous system. When you train with me, we don't just work on your flexibility; we build a sustainable routine that actually fits your life, cheesecake and all.

My Philosophy: A 'Work-In,' Not Just a Workout

I treat yoga as a 'work-in'—a way to get real with yourself and learn to focus on what is happening inside. We are not here to chase perfect Instagram poses or force your body into shapes that do not serve you. My goal is to help you build a practice that supports you, whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi looking to deepen your focus.

Living the Practice

  • Mindful Nutrition: You will see a lot of smoothie bowls and detox juices in my routine because how we fuel our bodies is an act of self-respect. It is about consistency, not deprivation.
  • Solo Travel & Stillness: I use my travels to find peace, whether that is a quiet retreat in Sri Lanka or a sunset in Thailand. These moments help me bring a sense of calm and clarity back to my Mumbai classes.
  • Strength & Flexibility: My approach balances Hatha and Vinyasa flows with strength training. I believe in being strong, both physically and mentally. If you want to sweat, we do Power and Ashtanga. If you need to recover, we move to Restorative and Yin.

Where We Meet

I provide private, personalized coaching in Mumbai—covering Juhu, Bandra, Andheri, Khar, Vile Parle, Santacruz West, and Powai. I also offer virtual 1-on-1 sessions, making it easy to practice from your living room or hotel room, regardless of your time zone.

No one is perfect, not even me. Some days you will smash your goals, and other days you will just need to lie in Child's Pose. Both are valid. Let’s find that balance together.
