My Story

Hey, I’m Meher – founder of Yoga Connect. I trained at Sivananda and picked up sound healing in Rishikesh. Took a detour to Melbourne, but honestly, couldn’t stay away from teaching yoga. So now I’m back in Delhi, dogs (Leo and Lyraa) and all, teaching from my studio. My mat’s my happy place, and I believe yoga can heal anyone. Join me, let’s just breathe, move, and find some peace together.

My Work

What I offer - Personalised yoga (Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Sivananda), sound healing meditation, pranayama, meditation, kids yoga, corporate sessions, retreats. In-person and online.

How I teach - No cookie-cutter stuff. Sessions are made for you, your goals, your time. We talk first, then move, breathe, eat right.

Sound Healing Magic - Tibetan bowls, chakra balancing therapy, and deep relaxation. Students call it a spa for the mind. Good for sleep and stress.

Who can join? - Anyone! Young adults, stressed folks, kids, teams. If you want to feel lighter, balanced, or just better, you fit in.

Where & how - Studio in Panchsheel Park, Delhi. Also online yoga for stress relief – Zoom classes for anyone, anywhere.
