A glimpse into my approach to yoga—combining hands-on alignment, traditional flow, and the joy of sharing a meal with our community.

My role as a guru is to help you go further than you think you can. With trust and careful guidance, I provide hands-on adjustments to help students safely explore advanced postures and deepen their physical and mental practice.

A glimpse into one of my offline group classes in Santacruz. I believe in being involved, moving around the room to offer physical adjustments and ensure proper alignment for every student, whether they are holding a pose or resting in Savasana.

Namaste. I want to personally invite you to experience my classes and workshops. Here, I talk about my Yog Prasadam event, where we combine the practice of Vinyasa flow yoga with an authentic Kerala sadhya meal.

The Yog Prasadam workshop is a complete experience. It starts with an energetic Ashtanga Vinyasa flow session and ends with the joy of sharing a traditional Sadhya meal, prepared with care and served on a banana leaf.

I offer yoga for everyone, everywhere. This shows a look at both my offline group classes where we practice together in the studio, and my online sessions where you can join from the comfort of your home.

Even as a teacher, I am always a student. Practicing with other yogis helps me grow. Here you can see me working on advanced asanas like handstands and backbends, always with focus and support.

It is a privilege to share the practice of yoga with students and teachers from all over the world. Here I am with fellow practitioners at the studio, united by our shared journey.

Yoga is a dialogue between your body and your breath. In my classes, I focus on physical, hands-on adjustments to help you find your alignment safely, whether we are flowing through a dynamic Vinyasa sequence or holding a static Hatha pose.
