Real Yoga Therapy for Every Body in Bengaluru
Forget perfect Instagram poses. My practice is about healing your mind and making movement feel good, regardless of your shape, size, or what you’ve been through.
This is my mantra. It’s about embracing where you are right now, feeling stronger in your own skin, and letting go of the need for anyone else's approval. This is what practice looks like when it's for you and nobody else.
If your head is full of noise from career pressure, body image issues, or just life, you're not alone. I see yoga as a way to quiet that chaos. This is a space to lay it all down and breathe.
Think you can't do yoga? Bullshit. Here’s a full Chair Suryanamaskar. It’s proof that yoga can meet you wherever you are, whether you have mobility issues, are in a larger body, or just need extra support.
This is what the journey looks like. It’s not an overnight transformation but a process of showing up, falling, and getting back up until you can do the thing you once thought was impossible. This is proof that your potential is limitless.
Let's be real, sometimes you just need to be a rolly polly and tell the haters to fuck off. My practice is about finding joy in movement and celebrating your body, not punishing it.
You’re going to fall. The whole point is to get your ass back up with a little more wisdom than before. This Natarajasana, or Lord of the Dance pose, is a reminder that balance is a constant practice, not a permanent state.
Forget what you've been told is sexy. True confidence comes from being happy and at peace in your own skin. This is the goal of my practice, to help you find that inner contentment.
About Featured
Whether you are dealing with anxiety, chronic pain, or just tired of feeling like you don't fit into the typical yoga mould, we work with what you have. I use props like chairs and walls to make poses accessible for larger bodies, those with limited mobility, or anyone working through past trauma. It is not about perfect shapes; it is about finding a version of practice that actually makes you feel better.
I am not here to judge your flexibility or your weight. My classes are for the people who have been told 'I can't do this'—whether by themselves or by a judgmental world. When we practice together, we are working through the messy stuff, like anxiety, body image, or the physical toll of living in a body that feels stiff or restricted.
Why this is different
My approach to yoga therapy is rooted in pragmatism, not aesthetic performance.
- Accessibility First: If you need to use a chair, we use a chair. If standing is tough, we sit. We use household props like walls, belts, and dupattas to make sure you are safe and supported.
- Mental Health Focus: I dedicate time in every session for breathwork and mental health check-ins. If you need to vent for ten minutes before we move, that is on the menu.
- No Performance Art: You won't find us trying to force our bodies into Instagram-famous shapes. We focus on somatic release and building a nervous system that feels a little safer to inhabit.
Whether you are looking for online yoga classes to do from home or in-person sessions in Bengaluru or Mumbai, my goal is the same: to help you fall with grace, get your ass back up, and find a little more peace in your own skin. This is practice over perfection.
