This is where we work through the messy stuff. My practice is a safe space to address anxiety, stress, and self-doubt, focusing on how you feel inside, not how a pose looks on the outside. We use movement and breath to build mental resilience and find peace.
Yoga for Every Body
I believe yoga is for anyone, regardless of shape, size, or ability. As a curvy yogi, I specialize in adaptive yoga, using props like chairs to make poses accessible for larger bodies, seniors, or anyone with mobility limitations. There is no "yoga body," there is just your body.
The Journey of Practice
My own practice is a testament to progress over perfection. This collection shows the journey of mastering challenging poses like inversions, deep backbends, and even aqua yoga. It’s not about showing off; it’s about showing what’s possible when you trust yourself and keep getting back on the mat.
