Real, Accessible Yoga for Every Body
Yoga isn't about perfect shapes or holding your breath until you turn blue. It's about finding strength, peace, and a bit of fun in your own unique body.
This is my mantra. Yoga helped me build not just physical strength, but the mental strength to care less about outside noise and more about how I feel. We'll work on poses like arm balances and splits, but more importantly, we'll work on building your confidence.
I never thought I could do a pincha pike press. This video shows the real, unglamorous process of getting there. I'll guide you through your own "I can't do this" moments with step-by-step progressions to help you nail that pose you've been dreaming of.
Yoga is for everyone, period. Here’s a look at a Chair Suryanamaskar, a perfect modification if you have injuries, mobility concerns, or just want a gentler way to practice. I create adaptive yoga plans so you can practice safely and effectively, no matter your starting point.
My motto? Rolly polly and forget the internet bullies. This is what a body-positive practice looks like. It's about enjoying the movement, laughing when you fall, and celebrating your body exactly as it is today.
Fall with grace, and get your ass back up. Some days are for nailing the perfect Lord of the Dance pose (Natarajasana), and other days are just for breathing. I'm here to support you through all of it, helping you build resilience on and off the mat.
Taking the practice underwater. Aqua yoga challenges your balance and body awareness in a completely new way. It’s a reminder that yoga can be playful and explored in any environment. If you're looking to try something different, this is it.
About this collection
You don't need to fit a specific mold to practice yoga. My sessions start with exactly where you are—using props like chairs or books to adapt flows for injury rehab or just to make challenging poses accessible—so you can find your strength without the pressure of perfect alignment.
Your Mat, Your Rules
I’ve heard the words 'I can't do this' more times than I can count—often from myself. That’s why my practice isn’t about hitting the exact photo-perfect pose you see on social media. It’s about building a consistent, honest practice that actually makes you feel better.
What We Work On Together
Whether you are in Mumbai or Bengaluru, or joining me virtually, my sessions are entirely customized. I don't believe in copy-paste flows. We will focus on:
- Therapeutic Intervention: As an M.Sc in Yoga Therapy, I focus on specific needs like managing anxiety, recovering from injuries, or dealing with chronic concerns like hypertension or arthritis.
- Adaptive Practice: We use props like Iyengar chairs, blocks, and household items to ensure you can perform poses safely and comfortably, regardless of your flexibility or body type.
- Mental Reset: If you are feeling overwhelmed, we pivot the session toward pranayama and grounding techniques to help you calm your nervous system.
No Perfection, Just Progress
Some days we will crush a headstand; other days we will just breathe and laugh about falling over. My goal is to hold space for you to move, get stronger, and maybe even have a bit of fun while you're at it. If you have been waiting for the 'right time' or for your body to change before starting, this is your sign to let that go. Let’s work with what you have right now.
Khushali Joshi Manjunath
I'm Khushali. I wasn't always the yoga-loving, pose-nailing person you see here—I started with a lot of 'I can't' doubts myself. Now, I help others get out of their own heads and into their bodies, whether we're working on therapeutic rehab or just finding a bit of joy on the mat.
