Happiness is the new sexy. This is me, no filter, no fancy pose. A big part of our work together is finding that inner peace and happiness that has nothing to do with how you look.
Just a candid moment. My sessions are a space where you can be yourself, messy hair and all. It's about showing up authentically.
About Yoga for Every Body
When you are starting out, the biggest hurdle is not flexibility, but the idea that you need to look a certain way to belong on the mat. In these sessions, I use props like chairs and blocks to adapt every pose to your unique anatomy, making sure you feel supported, not restricted. It is not about achieving a perfect shape. It is about finding the movement that makes you feel strong and calm.
Yoga is often presented as a performance of perfect, bendy shapes, but that is not what we do here. My practice is designed for every body type, whether you are a total beginner, dealing with chronic aches, or simply looking to manage stress.
We blend Hatha alignment with Ashtanga-inspired flow, ensuring you get a solid workout that respects your limits. If you are coming to me for therapeutic reasons, like anxiety relief or back pain, we slow things down. We incorporate Pranayama (breathwork) and specific adjustments to help your nervous system settle.
I travel to your space in Mumbai or Bengaluru, or we can connect virtually. The goal is simple: get you out of your head and back into your body. We do not chase perfect angles. We chase progress that feels good. Let us figure out what your body actually needs to thrive, mat puchna kyu (don't ask why).
