People usually walk in asking for Reformer Pilates, but our clients stay for the Bodhi and MOTR. Think of the Bodhi as suspension training with a Pilates twist—it uses four anchor points for intense stability—while the MOTR is the ultimate tool for mixing cardio with your standard strengthening. It is not just a workout, it is about figuring out how your body handles stability and balance when you take away the solid foundation of a mat.
If you have plateaued in your routine, this is the sign you were looking for. At our studio on Golf Course Road, we do not just stick to the classics. The Bodhi Suspension System is a total game-changer for spinal mobility. Unlike standard TRX, which has a single anchor point, Bodhi’s four-point suspension creates controlled instability that forces your core to fire up differently. It is intense, effective, and surprisingly fun.
Then there is the MOTR (Movement on the Roller). This piece of kit is pure genius. It blends a roller, resistance bands, and a foam surface. We use it for everything from jumpboard-style cardio to deep tissue sculpting. It is perfect if you get bored easily because no two circuits are the same. Whether you are dealing with back stiffness or just need a new way to sweat, these tools help us personalize your path to pain-free movement. We keep group classes small, with a 5:1 ratio, specifically so we can teach you exactly how to safely use these machines without you feeling lost.
