Pilates is a lifestyle. We incorporate various equipment like the Reformer box for planks and the Spine Corrector for abdominal work to ensure a comprehensive, full-body workout.

Day six and exploring more equipment! The Wunda Chair is excellent for leg and glute work, while the Ladder Barrel is perfect for spinal articulation and deep stretching.

A fantastic experience trying the Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair, and Spine Corrector. Each piece of equipment offers a unique way to challenge your body, from improving flexibility to building core strength.

Mat Pilates is a foundational part of the practice. Using props like the Pilates ring, we can add resistance to exercises like lunges and leg lifts, targeting specific muscle groups.

A single leg stretch on the Ladder Barrel. This is an amazing way to open up the hips and lengthen the hamstrings while engaging your core for stability.

The "swan" on the Ladder Barrel is a powerful exercise for strengthening the entire back of your body, from your upper back down to your glutes and hamstrings.

A side plank variation on the Ladder Barrel. This advanced move challenges your obliques, shoulders, and overall stability.

An advanced arm workout on the Reformer. This kneeling exercise requires immense core control and upper body strength to maintain stability while pulling the straps.

Are you a Pilates girly? We use tools like the Pilates rod and the magic circle to spice up your Reformer workout, adding variety and targeting muscles in new ways.

A look into a combined Pilates and functional training routine. This client uses the Bulgarian bag for lunges after her Reformer session, building both strength and cardiovascular endurance.
