We find that when you have a partner, the 'good burn' is easier to handle, and that post-workout high is even better when you are sharing it. Our studio in Sector 56 is built for this—it is temperature-controlled, packed with premium Balanced Body equipment, and designed to keep you focused.

Whether you are looking for a dedicated duet session or just want to join a small group, we keep the ratios low (5:1 max). This matters because Pilates is all about precision.
