The stages of a Pilates class: Minute 5, you're confident. Minute 15, you're confused. End of class, you're completely cooked but so much stronger.

A glimpse into a powerhouse session with me. It was intense, it was fun, and "just one more rep" was definitely a lie.

Ever drive past the studio and wonder what's inside? Here's a peek. It's an experience filled with energy, sweat, and smiles.

About Holiday Sweat & Studio Fun

We don't believe in taking a break just because the calendar says it's a holiday. Whether it's our signature 'Fitmas' circuit or a spontaneous post-festive reset, our reformers are always active. Come in, get that endorphin rush, and actually enjoy the season feeling strong instead of sluggish.

Why We Keep Moving All Year

Most people view the holiday season as a time to hit pause on their goals. At our Golf Course Road studio, we see it as the best time to keep the momentum going. Our 'Holiday Sweat' sessions aren't about punishing yourself for a few extra cookies. They are about maintaining your core strength, keeping your posture in check, and having a blast with a community that actually wants to show up.

The Vibe Inside

Walk through our doors in Sector 56, and you won't find sterile, intimidating silence. You'll find loud music, people cheering each other on during a jumpboard series, and yes, plenty of laughter when someone loses their balance on the Wunda chair. We believe that if you aren't enjoying the process, you won't stick to it.

What to Expect

  • Festive Energy: We rotate through fun, themed circuits like our 'Fitmas' challenges to keep things fresh.
  • Expert Guidance: Even when we're playing around with themes, form remains our #1 priority. You’ll get the same tactile corrections and attention that you get in our standard reformer sessions.
  • No Judgment: Whether you're here to burn off holiday stress or just looking for a consistent workout routine that doesn't feel like a chore, you’re welcome.

Our classes are designed to be a mood changer. You'll walk in feeling a bit sluggish from the holidays and walk out standing taller, feeling stronger, and honestly, just a lot happier.

I’m Yasmin, and I started this studio because I was tired of gyms feeling like a chore. At my Gurgaon space, we’re all about ditching the ‘perfect body’ obsession and focusing on how much stronger you can actually feel. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll laugh as hard as you sweat, you’ve found it.
