Master Your Tennis Strokes with Intense On-Court Drills in Dwarka
Stop just hitting the ball. We train you to master every shot with rigorous technical drills, video analysis, and the intensity required to dominate the court.
A detailed look at our crosscourt consistency drill. The goal is to hit a high number of balls with accuracy and depth, building the rhythm and focus required for long rallies in a match.
Here, I am feeding balls to players to work on their groundstroke technique. We use basket drills to allow for high repetition, which is key to building muscle memory for forehands and backhands.
This drill emphasizes self-correction. Players hit volleys and groundstrokes, focusing on their form and making immediate adjustments. This teaches them to be their own coach during a match.
A live-ball rally drill where players work on moving each other around the court. This simulates match conditions and improves tactical awareness and shot selection.
A slow-motion analysis of a player's serve. We use video feedback to break down the technique, from the toss to the follow-through, to identify areas for improvement and increase power.
Training on a clay court. This video shows players adapting their game to the slower surface, focusing on point construction and hitting with heavier topspin during a volley drill.
I believe in leading by example. Here I am practicing my own strokes against the practice wall, focusing on rhythm and clean contact.
A player using the practice wall to work on his groundstrokes. The wall is an invaluable tool for solo practice, allowing for hundreds of repetitions to refine technique.
The practice wall is your most consistent opponent. This video shows me working on both forehand and backhand strokes, demonstrating the focus required for effective wall practice.
About On-Court Drills: Stroke & Technique
We don't just feed balls. In our sessions, we use video analysis to break down your serve and groundstrokes instantly. You will see your own swing path, grip adjustments, and footwork on court, which means you stop guessing and start fixing your game in real-time.
Building the Complete Player
Tennis is not just about swinging a racquet. It is about building muscle memory through high-volume repetition and understanding the mechanics behind every shot. Whether you are training for a tournament or looking to sharpen your game, our sessions are designed to push you.
Why Our Drills Are Different
- Surface Versatility: We train on both synthetic acrylic hard courts and clay courts. This is non-negotiable if you want to compete at a high level. You learn to handle the bounce of a hard court and the tactical patience required on clay.
- The Power of Video Feedback: During your drill session, we use immediate video replay. We don't tell you what is wrong; we show you. Seeing your own biomechanics helps you self-correct during match play, where you won't have a coach standing beside you.
- The Practice Wall: You will see us spending a lot of time on our practice wall. It is the most consistent opponent you will ever face. It forces you to focus on your footwork and rhythm without the break of a rally ending.
Hard Work and Consistency
We train 6 days a week in Sector 4, Dwarka, because consistency is the only path to improvement. Our drills combine physical conditioning—using resistance bands and cone work—with technical stroke production. If you are here to work hard, sweat, and get better, you belong on our court. We focus on the details that win matches: serve mechanics, defensive shot shielding, and aggressive return positioning.
