About Our WellFlow Family
Beyond the reformer and mat exercises, our studio runs on genuine connections. We cap our group classes at 12 participants because we want to know you, correct your form, and cheer for your progress, whether you’re recovering from an injury or training for functional strength.

We keep our classes small by design. By limiting group sessions to 12 participants, we ensure that every instructor can provide real-time verbal cues and hands-on alignment corrections. If you need a specific modification for a recent injury or help perfecting your Pilates reformer technique, we are right there to adjust the pacing to your breath and stamina.
