Behind the Scenes: See How Your Mural Comes to Life

It’s not just paint on a wall—it’s the late-night hustle, the paint-splattered jeans, and the creative chaos. Step behind the scenes to see how I transform blank spaces into living stories.

Throwback to the time I was on the front page of the Indore Times for a green art intervention project. It's an amazing feeling when your work and its message get recognized.

My walls say otherwise. A powerful shot from a pop-up event, surrounded by my resin art, speaking out against the stereotypes faced by women in the art world. I'll keep painting and letting my work do the talking.

The only spell here is the secret color behind these smiles. Me, happy and covered in paint, holding up my trusty brushes. This is me in my natural habitat.

An invitation to all artists to come and create at my native home in Udupi, which I'm turning into an art gallery. This video shows some of the first murals being painted there.

A compilation of my work, from murals to team photos. This is a manifestation for more amazing projects in 2025, filled with art, challenges, and high fives.

How does it feel to make art? It feels like this. A moody, atmospheric video of me painting a large graffiti piece at night, lost in the flow of creation.

About this collection

My process isn't just about picking up a brush. Whether we are jamming on a concept for a cafe or I am already high up on a scaffold at 2 AM, I keep you in the loop with digital layouts before a single drop of paint hits your surface. You will know exactly what the final wall will look like—and why it is going to work—before we even start the messy part.

The Creative Journey

When you hire me, you aren't just getting a mural; you are getting the whole 'Vrek13' experience. My workflow is designed to be transparent and collaborative, which is why I start with digital concept layouts. This helps us align on the vision—whether it is a delicate Kalamkari heritage piece for your bungalow or high-energy graffiti for a startup office—before I ever open a paint can.

Why Process Matters

  • Conceptual Alignment: We swap ideas until it feels right. You see a mockup on your actual wall photo, so there are no surprises.
  • Material Selection: Depending on the wall, I switch between high-grade interior acrylics for homes or robust spray paints (Montana/Molotow) for high-traffic street art.
  • The 'Messy' Magic: The best murals happen when we embrace the flow. I often involve clients or even the neighborhood in community projects because the process should be as fun as the final result.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you paint on rough surfaces? Yes. I have painted everything from smooth bungalow plaster to rough brick in public spaces. The surface texture just determines the technique I use.

Do you handle large-scale corporate walls? Absolutely. I bring a team for full-scale corporate branding projects to ensure sharp edges, quick turnaround times, and clean execution.

What if I change my mind mid-project? I love a dynamic process. While I aim to nail the design in the digital phase, I am always open to adjustments if we find a better creative flow while the brushes are out.
