- Character Integration: The artist attends as a theme-aligned persona (e.g., Sunflower), actively interacting with guests while painting.
- Staffing: Includes the lead artist and one assistant for logistics and crowd safety.
Materials & Setup
- Paints: Fast-drying acrylics in bold colors (Neon or UV options available).
- Equipment: Provision of easels, palette tables, portable lighting, and drop cloths to protect venue floors.
Post-Event
- Ownership: Client keeps the finished artwork immediately after the event.
- Finishing: Includes a 30-minute rapid drying and sealing session for safe transport.

Design & Execution
- Concept: Layout design for interactive movement (e.g., Battle Course, Snakes & Ladders, or Brand Timeline).
- Timeline: Requires 1.5 to 2 days of on-site painting access prior to the event.
- Team: Lead artist plus 2 to 3 assistants to cover large surface areas efficiently.
Technical Specifications
- Paints: High-traffic enamel or epoxy-based paints for durability against footfall.
- Safety: Anti-skid additives mixed into floor paint to prevent slipping.
- Precision: Extensive use of masking tape and stencils for sharp, geometric graphics.
Logistics
- Prep: Basic cleaning and priming of the designated area.
- Cleanup: Removal of all painting debris before event start (Note: Does not include post-event wall restoration).

Hey, I’m Vritti but folks call me Sunflower. Sunflower heart, street art hands, that’s me. Art isn’t just for the eyes, yaar—it’s for feeling, for connecting. I’m obsessed with bringing Indian folk art, like Kalamkari mural art, into modern spaces. Painted a massive mural in someone’s home, and wow, past met present.
