You won't find mindless repetition here. I focus on rhythm, cueing, and precision, teaching you how to master your own movement rather than just copying a screen. If your form is off, I will correct it, because my goal is to make you fit for the long haul, not just for a quick fix.
My approach is simple: we work, we sweat, and we improve. Whether you are in North Delhi or anywhere else in the NCR, my classes are not about hiding in the back row. We integrate high-intensity interval training (HIIT), Tabata, and dance fitness to ensure you are getting a complete cardio workout.
I treat every session like a Masterclass. You will learn to identify downbeats, synchronize your movement with complex tracks, and master vocal cueing. This is not just dancing; it is disciplined fitness training. If you are an aspiring trainer, I can also guide you on ZIN preparation and building your own coaching style.
