Large Scale Fitness Events and Stage Choreography
Whether it’s a public event like Raahgiri or a high-energy corporate session, I don’t just lead crowds—I build an atmosphere. Here is the energy my team and I bring to the big stage.
From the studio to the big stage, I train my students to perform with confidence. This is a glimpse of one of our large-scale Zumba event performances, showcasing the energy and skill we build together.

From my early days of training to leading huge crowds, the journey has been amazing. The energy from the people at events like Raahgiri is what fuels my passion.

About Large Scale Events & Performances
When I lead a crowd, the goal is to kill the hesitation, not just run a routine. At public events like Raahgiri or corporate stages, I use a precise mix of vocal cueing and non-verbal signals—the same techniques I use in my instructor training—so that even a crowd of hundreds moves as one. If you have seen our performances, you know we do not rely on random steps. We control the rhythm and the flow to ensure that every person, from the front row to the back, feels the pulse of the music.
How We Run the Show
Fitness in a large-scale setting is not the same as a studio class. You cannot just count to eight and expect the back rows to follow. My approach for large events—whether it's a corporate team-building day, a fitness festival, or a public performance—is built on clarity and presence.
The 'VLADE' Energy My team and I, often known as the 'VLADE' crew, focus on performance-grade choreography that looks good from a distance. We strip away the complicated footwork that gets lost in a crowd and replace it with strong, rhythmic movements that are easy to catch and impossible to ignore.
Logistics and Crowd Control
- Non-Verbal Cueing: I teach my team to use hand signals that cut through high-volume music and chatter. This ensures the choreography stays tight even if the sound system is shaky or the crowd is scattered.
- Adaptable Intensity: I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all playlist. We read the audience. If it’s a corporate crowd, we keep the steps accessible. If it’s a fitness festival, we ramp up the HIIT and Tabata influence to keep the heart rates high.
What to Expect When you hire me for an event, you are not just getting a trainer standing on a podium. You are getting someone who knows how to hold a microphone while keeping their own energy levels at the peak. My goal is simple: to make sure that by the end of the session, nobody is standing still. We bring the music, the technique, and the 'Jalwa' required to turn an ordinary gathering into a high-energy performance.
