You don't need any dance background to join these sessions. My classes are structured so that if you can move to a beat, you can get a great workout. I prioritize the energy of the room and the sweat factor over complex choreography, making sure everyone feels included from day one.
I run these sessions across multiple locations in Delhi NCR, including various Anytime Fitness studios. My goal is to break the monotony of standard gym training by mixing different styles like Zumba, rebounding, and stepper cardio.
Beyond just the music, these classes are designed for real-world fat loss. We focus on consistent movement, metabolism-boosting intensity, and building a supportive community. If you are looking to pair your dance workouts with nutrition guidance, I also offer the Plate by Zumba method.
