Latin & Ballroom Dance Workshops in North Delhi
Learn Salsa and Western Ballroom from the ground up. I focus on rhythm and technique to make you a confident dancer, not just a follower of steps.
My workshops go beyond basic fitness to include deep dives into authentic dance styles. Here is a look at one of my Salsa classes, where we focus on the rhythm and technique of Latin dance.
I am passionate about teaching pure Western Ballroom dancing. These are foundational steps that add grace and structure to any dancer's skill set, a core part of my instructor training.
A freestyle Salsa session where we put the steps we've learned into practice. It's about feeling the music and connecting with your partner and the rhythm.
Passing on the love for dance to the next generation. It brings me so much joy to teach my daughter the art of Salsa, a tradition I hope she carries forward.
About Latin & Ballroom Dance Workshops
In my workshops, I don't just show you steps to copy. We break down the connection between the downbeat and your movement, ensuring your footwork is crisp. Whether it’s Salsa or Western Ballroom, you’ll learn the technique, not just the routine, so you can lead or follow with actual confidence.
Most people want to learn a few viral dance moves and call it a day. If that is what you are looking for, this is not the right place. My approach to Latin and Ballroom is strictly old-school. We focus on the basics: weight transfer, hip isolation, and how to hold your partner properly.
Why Technique Matters
Whether you are dancing Salsa or Ballroom, the magic isn't in how fast you move. It is in how you control your body. In my sessions, we spend time on:
- Rhythm Training: Learning to listen to the track rather than counting steps.
- Postural Integrity: Keeping the core engaged for that clean, professional look.
- Lead & Follow: Understanding the physical cues that allow two people to move as one, without guessing.
Where I Teach
I primarily conduct these specialized workshops across North Delhi, including Pitampura, Rohini, and Prashant Vihar. I keep these batches small—usually 10 to 15 people—because I need to physically correct your posture and foot placement. If you are serious about dancing with grace and understanding the art form, bring your discipline and leave the excuses at the door.
