My coaching is hands-on because correct form is everything. I will be there to guide you, push you, and make sure you are building strength safely and effectively. This is old-school, quality training.

My Old-School Approach
I do not believe in 'busy' workouts that leave you tired but unchanged. My functional training sessions, primarily held in Pitampura and across Delhi NCR, are designed to build longevity and real strength. We work on bodyweight exercises, HIIT, and Tabata, but the secret is in the cues. I don't just put on music and let you figure it out; I teach you how to breathe, how to align your hips, and how to use your own body weight as a tool.
