This is Part 2 of my hip mobility series. These standing stretches can be done with the support of a wall or window to help you focus on opening the hips safely.

My approach focuses on establishing a, 'Yog se sthirta aati hai,' meaning yoga brings stability to life. We start with fundamental warm-up drills, like joint loosening and basic Sun Salutations, which prepare your muscles and joints for more challenging work later.
