It is a different experience entirely—one that is rich, dark, and genuinely chocolate-forward rather than just sweet.

We started Vanilla Beans in our Bandra kitchen because we were tired of cakes that tasted more like sugar than cocoa. In this cluster, you will see our deep dive into the world of Belgian chocolate. We work with Callebaut chocolate because it delivers a texture and complexity that standard cocoa powder just cannot match.

Whether you are a fan of the Dutch Truffle cake—which is all about that moist sponge and decadent ganache—or you are looking for a twist like our Coffee Infused Belgian Dark Chocolate, we keep the ingredients simple. We slow-roast South Indian coffee beans for our coffee infusion and make our orange marmalade from scratch for the citrus pairing.
