It is not just about mixing ingredients, it is about patience. We spend hours reducing fresh berries into compote because that is where the real depth of flavor hides. You will not find any synthetic syrups or shortcuts here, just fruit cooked down until the natural sugars intensify into something truly vibrant.

Our approach to baking is rooted in a simple philosophy: if you start with better ingredients, you end with a better cake. While many commercial bakeries rely on premixed syrups and mass-produced fillings, we prefer the slow route.

Field to Flame

Every strawberry we use is handpicked at peak ripeness from local farms. We are not just looking for size or appearance; we select fruit based on that specific sweet-tart balance that defines a great strawberry. Once the berries reach our Bandra kitchen, the magic happens in a pot, not a machine. We slow-cook the fruit into our signature compote, concentrating the flavor until it reaches the right consistency to hold its own against our moist chocolate sponge.

The Assembly
