Getting a burnaway cake right is more about the prep than the fire. We use edible wafer paper for the top layer to ensure the reveal is clean, so your secret message or photo pops perfectly every time. If you have a specific funny meme or heartfelt note in mind, send it over two days early, and we will get the sizing and printing spot on.
How Our Surprise Cakes Work
We love playing with the idea that a cake can do more than sit on a table. Our burnaway cakes are essentially a two-layer experience. You light the top layer, and as it melts away, your hidden photo or message is revealed. It is a massive hit for birthdays and proposals.
Because we are a small team in Bandra, we handle the printing and sizing in-house. You can send us a photo, a funny meme, or a note, and we will format it to fit the cake size perfectly. We just need a little lead time to get the edible ink and paper ready.
Bento & Vintage Styles
Not every celebration needs a massive cake. Our bento cakes (350g) are perfect for two people. These are the ones you see on social media with retro piping, calendar dates marked in icing, or short, witty phrases like 'Forever Mine'.
We keep these designs minimalist to fit the 4-inch size, but the flavor is the same as our larger cakes. You get the same moist, eggless sponge and fresh fillings. If you have a design in mind from Pinterest or Instagram, just show us a picture. If it fits the bento format, we can recreate it.
The 'Everyone Gets What They Want' Cheesecake
If you have a group where everyone wants a different flavor, our 4-Flavor Heart Cheesecake solves the argument. We combine blueberry, strawberry, Nutella, and Biscoff on one base. It is a no-bake recipe, so it is creamy, tangier than a standard cake, and looks great for photos.
Fresh, Eggless, and Made for You
We do not use pre-mixes or store-bought syrups. Our strawberry compote is made in our kitchen, and we switch our fruit-based fillings based on what is fresh at the market. Everything is 100% eggless. Whether you need a cake delivered across Mumbai or want to pick it up from our Bandra bakery, we will make sure it is fresh the moment you cut into it.
