Because we use real dairy and fruit compotes made from scratch, these desserts are temperature-sensitive. We recommend popping your tub or cake into the fridge for about 20 minutes before you serve it so the base stays crisp and the cream stays set.

How We Make It

We run a small kitchen in Bandra, which means we don't have mass-production facilities. This is a good thing for you because it ensures every cheesecake is made fresh to order. For our berry variants, we don't use store-bought crushed syrups. Mom and I take fresh blueberries or seasonal fruit, slow-cook them into a thick compote, and layer that over our signature cream cheese blend.

The No-Bake Advantage

Since we don't bake our cheesecakes, the texture is significantly smoother and lighter than the dense, baked versions you might find elsewhere. We prioritize a sturdy, buttery biscuit base that provides that essential textural contrast.

Flavours & Seasonality

We follow the seasons closely. While our classic Blueberry Cheesecake is a year-round favourite, our menu changes when mango season hits. That is when we start experimenting with Aamras and other mango-based fusions. If you have a specific event or a craving for a flavour that is not currently listed, just message us. We love experimenting with new combinations and can often accommodate custom requests if you give us a little notice.
