About this collection
I don’t believe in shortcuts, so you won’t find any pre-mixes here. I use pure couverture chocolate for that deep, rich flavour you can’t get from regular compound, and I frost each cake from scratch so it stays fresh until the moment you cut it.
Chocolate is a mood, and I make sure every bite matches that energy. Whether you are after the heavy Chocolate Overload topped with Ferrero Rocher and KitKat, or something smoother like my signature Chocolate Truffle, the base is always a moist, eggless sponge baked the day of your event.
I handle the flavour balancing personally. For the Truffle Berry, I prepare a homemade strawberry compote to cut through the richness of the couverture ganache. If you are a fan of texture, the Chocolate Hazelnut Praline uses house-made paste and crunchy chunks, not just a standard flavouring. These aren’t mass-produced cakes sitting on a shelf; they are made to order from my kitchen in Vashi.
I deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, but please keep in mind that since I bake everything from scratch, I can only take a limited number of orders per day.
