Why We Bake This Way
I started Vanilla Beans with my mom because we wanted everyone to get that blissful dessert moment, even if you have food restrictions. Everything we make is vegetarian and eggless, and we put a lot of love into every batch.

Our Star Cake
The one we’re most proud of is our Gluten-free chocolate cake with cranberry and roasted almonds. It’s got:
- Oat flour sponge (so it’s gentle and high-fiber)
- Tangy cranberry compote
- Vegan chocolate ganache made with coconut milk
- Toasted almond slivers for crunch
You get a mix of soft, dense cake, silky ganache, and nutty crunch. It’s not your usual bakery treat - it’s a little heavier, but you won’t feel weighed down.
How We Do It
We use oat flour for all our oat flour desserts, natural sweeteners for sugar-free bakery treats, and coconut milk for that creamy texture. Everything is made from scratch, and honestly, it takes time - about 4 hours per cake. So, we need a day’s notice, but we promise it’s worth the wait.
