Getting comfortable with being upside down is a fun challenge. Here, I am using the wall for support to safely practice a handstand, building the shoulder strength and confidence needed for inversions.

This advanced variation of a supported headstand, with one leg extended and the other bent, challenges balance and core control. It's a beautiful expression of strength and stability that we build towards over time.

Once you are stable in a headstand (Sirsasana), you can play with leg variations. Here I am practicing with eagle legs (Garudasana legs), which adds an additional challenge to balance and requires even greater core focus.
