Yoga can be a powerful tool for managing thyroid health. This sequence is designed to stimulate the thyroid gland and balance energy, incorporating poses like Cat Cow, Fish Pose, and a gentle Cobra Pose.
This gentle floor sequence is designed to increase spinal mobility and release tension in the lower back. It includes variations of Plow Pose (Halasana) and spinal twists that are excellent for recovery and relaxation at the end of a practice.

In these sessions, we do not push for extreme postures; we prioritize your body's recovery. Before we start, I perform a quick verbal assessment to check for any specific injuries or discomfort, ensuring I can adapt the poses using blocks or straps so you get relief without strain.

- Small Batches: My residential studio in Sector 61, Noida, hosts only 6-8 students per batch. This allows me to give you personal attention, ensuring your alignment is safe and effective for your specific condition.
- Prop-Assisted Support: We use high-density foam blocks, straps, and yoga wheels. If a pose feels unreachable, the prop bridges the gap.
- Consistency Over Intensity: You do not need to be flexible to start. You just need to show up.
Studio Experience
The space is a calm, air-conditioned residential studio with white marble flooring. It is an intimate setting designed for focus and self-care, away from the noise of commercial gyms. Whether you are recovering from an injury or just need to slow down, this is a space where your body comes first.
