Explore the fun of going upside down and finding your balance. I provide step-by-step guidance for beginners using wall support, and offer variations for advanced practitioners to challenge their stability and focus.

Props are for everyone, whether you are a beginner needing support or an advanced student looking to deepen a pose. I incorporate blocks, straps, and rings to help you find proper alignment, build strength, and make every pose work for your unique body.
