Vinyasa Flow and Flexibility Classes
Movement is magic. My Vinyasa and flexibility flows are designed to help you build strength, find balance, and reclaim your peace, no matter your starting point.
Here is a look at my personal practice of Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation, in a beautiful studio setting. This sequence is a moving meditation that warms up the entire body and is a core component of Ashtanga yoga.
This sequence showcases a classic Vinyasa flow, moving from a powerful High Lunge into the balancing challenge of Warrior III. This type of movement builds strength, stability, and grace on the mat.
Flexibility is a journey, not a destination. This video shows the Upavistha Konasana, or seated wide-legged forward bend, a deep stretch for the hamstrings and inner thighs that also helps to calm the mind.
About Vinyasa Flow & Flexibility
You do not need to be flexible to start. In these flows, we use props like blocks and straps to make every pose accessible, focusing on how the movement feels in your body rather than how the shape looks in the mirror.
What to Expect in Class
We connect breath with movement in fluid, dynamic sequences. You will work through lunges, warrior poses, and deep forward folds. The goal here is simple: improve your mobility and grace on the mat. We move not for looks, but for the clarity it brings to the mind.
My Approach to Flexibility
I believe flexibility is a journey, not a destination. Whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, I modify every flow. If a pose feels difficult, we use blocks or straps to support your body. My studio in Sector 61, Noida, is set up for small, focused groups of 6 to 8 students, ensuring you get the personal attention you need to practice safely.
