As a certified Strong Nation instructor, I lead high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts where every move is synced to the music. It’s a challenging and effective way to build full-body strength.

I don't believe in monotonous gym routines, because movement should feel like a party. My sessions mix Strong Nation’s HIIT intensity with the fluidity of Warrior Rhythm to make sure your body never hits a plateau. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, we customize the intensity so it’s challenging but safe.
Many of us get bored of the same gym routine after a few weeks. That’s why I combine different styles to keep things fresh. When I teach, I focus on what I call 'happy moves'—sessions that keep you sweating but also smiling. We start with Strong Nation, which is all about bodyweight conditioning and cardio synced to music beats. If you need something more grounded, Warrior Rhythm combines yoga flows with HIIT to build flexibility alongside strength.
For those days when you need to focus on core and control, we shift to Pilates or functional training with kettlebells and dumbbells. Sikhne ki koi age limit nahi hoti hai (there's no age limit to learning), so don't worry about being a beginner. I travel across Bengaluru to bring this diversity to your office or personal workout space. My goal is simple: fitness should feel less like a chore and more like a celebration of what your body can do.
