As a certified Strong Nation instructor, I lead high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts where every move is synced to the music. It’s a challenging and effective way to build full-body strength.

This is Warrior Rhythm, a fitness fusion of yoga flows, weight training, and HIIT. This video shows some of the dynamic movements that build strength and flexibility to the beat of the music.
