Hero Item. Welcome to Uruvana. This is the perfect wellness venue to host your workshop, set up with aerial silk hammocks for yoga, our Svaram Sonorium for sound healing, and floor cushions for intimate circles. I created this space to be a beautiful and functional sanctuary for practitioners.
I am so moved when practitioners share their experience. Hearing Rekha Kurup describe the space as feeling like "the cradle of the mother" affirms the caring and tender energy we cultivate here. This is the safe, supportive container I always dreamed of for our community.
As a practitioner myself, I understand what you need. I offer more than just a room; I can help with intention setting for your workshop or provide an integration sound bath to close your event. My goal is to support your vision and help you co-create a powerful experience.
Our first big community event was a beautiful gathering of over 50 wellness practitioners. This video captures the vibrant energy of connection, learning, and shared healing, from essential oil workshops to an immersive mini sound bath experience. The space is designed to hold both large groups and intimate moments.
This space is built on sacred practices, like the ceremony we held to establish our guardian rock. Found nearby and welcomed with intention, this rock holds and protects the energy of everyone who enters. It is a symbol of our deep connection to the earth and our commitment to creating a true homecoming.
Your participants' comfort is essential for deep work. Our air conditioned studio is prepared with warm blankets, eye pillows, and a central crystal grid to create an inviting and caring ambiance. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged to support healing and relaxation.
Our state of the art Svaram Sonorium is a centerpiece of Uruvana, offering a world class sound healing instrument setup. I am pictured here connecting with its beautiful frequencies, which can add a profound dimension to sound baths, meditation, and vibrational therapy sessions.
We ensure a seamless experience from the moment you and your guests arrive. Our dedicated reception and landing area is equipped for easy ticketing, payment, and registration, allowing you to focus entirely on your event. The space is surrounded by plants, creating a calm and welcoming entry.

You will notice the difference the moment you step inside. This is not just a rental hall; it is an energetically held space designed to support you from the second your participants arrive. Whether you are leading a sound bath or a strategy circle, our dedicated reception team handles the logistics, allowing you to focus entirely on the energy of your session.
We built Uruvana because we know that where you host your workshop changes how it is received. The energy of a space matters, which is why we cleanse our 1000 sq ft hall daily—using smudging, crystals, and chanting—to ensure it is ready for the work you do.
We have hosted everything from 50-person practitioner meetups to intimate 1-on-1 healing sessions. Our layout is flexible; we have 45 premium floor cushions for circles and can transition to chairs for talks. You will find all the essentials here, including high-quality acoustics, dimmable lighting, and extra blankets for those longer relaxation sessions.
But the support goes beyond the physical. We include a receptionist to manage your guest check-ins, so you are free to connect with your group. From our Svaram Sonorium for deep vibration work to the aerial silk rigging for movement, we provide the tools, but more importantly, we provide a home where you do not have to carry the weight of the setup alone. If you need help with intention setting or a closing integration bath, just ask. We are not just renting you a room; we are here to support your practice.
