I've shifted my focus from one-on-one sessions to group healing experiences like the 6-Sunday Retreat because I believe in the power of community. Here I am, holding a basket of fresh produce, ready to welcome a new batch of participants to their transformative journey.

Sunday 4 of our retreat was all about raw food. This video shows the vibrant spread, from fresh fruit platters to hands-on preparation of raw ravioli, ricotta cheese, and even a raw Twix bar. It was a day of cleansing, learning, and delicious, live-energy food.

Movement is a vital part of our holistic approach. In the serene, green-filled balcony of Natureville, participants engage in a yoga session, connecting with their bodies before we nourish them with food. This is what mind-body balance looks like.

About The 6-Sunday Health Retreat

This isn't just a workshop; it's a medical nutrition program. Before we begin, I personally review your blood reports—like your HbA1c and lipid profiles—to create a roadmap for your health. Over these six Sundays in Indiranagar, you’ll learn the science of disease reversal, how to prepare oil-free, plant-based meals that actually taste good, and how to stop treating your kitchen as a chore and start using it as your pharmacy.

Most people approach health with rigid rules, but your body isn't a machine that follows calorie-in-calorie-out logic; it is a complex supercomputer. If you are struggling with diabetes, PCOD, or chronic fatigue, it is often because your cells are simply overwhelmed.
