I believe that health is a collective mission. Here is a look at the festivals, workshops, and community spaces where I share the science of WFPB living beyond my kitchen.

Speaking at the Vegan Forest Festival at Sadhana Forest was an incredible experience. Here I am, sharing the simple truth of a whole-food, plant-based diet and how to live closer to nature with an engaged and passionate audience.

A group photo with the wonderful audience after my talk at the Vegan Forest Festival. It was a blessing to connect with so many people and share a space dedicated to compassionate, healthy living.

A closer shot from my talk, "The Truth of a Plant-Based Diet," at the festival. I was so blessed to have my mentor, Dr. Nandita Shah, in the audience, which made the experience even more special.

Another perspective of my speaking session at the Vegan Forest Festival. The rustic, natural setting was the perfect backdrop for a conversation about returning to nature through our food choices.

This is the official speaker announcement for my talk at the Vegan Forest Festival. It shares a bit of my personal story of healing from breast cancer through a plant-based diet and the topics I covered in my session.

The workshop schedule for our Natureville Sustainability Fest. I was thrilled to host a day of learning with sessions on sustainable food choices, composting, zero-waste living, and ethical fashion, bringing together experts from across the community.

This is a promotional video for my talk on sustainable food choices at the Natureville Sustainability Fest. I discuss the environmental impact of our food systems and invite people to learn how a plant-based diet can help heal the planet.

It was an honor to host and serve the team from Satvic Movement at Natureville. It was wonderful to connect with Subah and Harsh and realize how united we are in the mission to make plant-based living a household norm in India.

Our team at the Cafe Graze by Natureville stall during the Maya Bazaar 5.0 event. It was a beautiful opportunity to meet new people and share our passion for delicious, healing food with a wider audience.

About Community Talks & Events

When I am not running consultations or hosting workshops at Natureville, I am often out speaking at community gatherings across Bangalore. These are not lectures; they are raw, open conversations where we strip away the myths about healthy eating. You will find me at festivals and sustainability events breaking down the science of why your body craves whole foods, not just to talk, but to listen to your specific roadblocks.

I believe that health is a collective effort. My journey started with a personal health crisis, but it grew into a community mission. Whether I am at the Vegan Forest Festival or hosting a sustainability fest at Natureville, the goal is the same: to make the how and why of plant-based living accessible to everyone.

We discuss the science—insulin resistance, the gut microbiome, and how to fuel your mitochondria—but we do it in a way that actually makes sense in a busy Indian kitchen. I invite other advocates, like the Satvic Movement team, to our space because collaboration beats isolation every time.

If you are a community organizer, a school, or an organization looking to host an expert talk on nutrition, disease reversal, or zero-waste living, let us connect. My calendar is open for sessions that move beyond textbook theory and offer real, actionable advice for a healthier life.
