In these workshops, I show you how to use water-sautéing, date pastes for natural sweetness, and nut-based creams to get the same rich, comforting textures you're used to, without the inflammatory impact of refined oils, sugars, or dairy. You won't just get a recipe; you'll learn how to keep your cells' 'doors' open to nutrients rather than jamming them with processed ingredients.
