I believe health education is the first step to real change. Whether I am speaking at a school or a corporate office, I cut through the noise to teach simple, evidence-based nutrition that actually works for your daily life.
Addressing kids on nutrition at TISB school was a very satisfying experience. When children understand how food impacts their body and mind, they are motivated to make healthier choices. It's a life skill that will serve them forever.
At a summer workshop for Rotary Bangalore Palmville, I taught participants how to make healthy seasonal recipes like this Beetroot Kanji. It's a fermented, cooling drink that's great for gut health.
This protein-rich summer salad was another recipe from my workshop. Made with local ingredients, it's a perfect example of how to create delicious, nourishing meals that are perfect for the season.
The third recipe from my women's health workshop was this Quinoa Curd with a peanut tadka. It's a creative and healthy way to enjoy the benefits of quinoa and probiotics from yogurt.
I was honored to host a session for the Metabolic Health Conference with Dr. Somalaram Venkatesh, a leading cardiologist. We discussed the science behind low-carb diets and intermittent fasting from a cardiology perspective.
It was a privilege to host Dr. Gary Fettke from Australia for India's first mega virtual Low Carb Conference. We delved into the harmful effects of fructose and vegetable oils on metabolic health, debunking many common myths.
About Speaking Engagements & Workshops
I don't just lecture; I demonstrate. My workshops—whether for a corporate team or a school—are interactive sessions where we actually decode labels, discuss why 'ghar ka khana' (home-cooked food) remains the gold standard, and break down why common advice on fats and carbohydrates often fails us.

What We Cover

My Approach
My sessions are rooted in metabolic health. We dive into the science of why seed oils and fructose impact our long-term health, and how to reverse insulin resistance through simple lifestyle adjustments.
