I give women a reality check on what it takes to have a fighting chance. We break down scenarios, discuss our mental and physical limitations, and build a foundation for real self-protection.
Every time they tell you, you can't, you show them you can. Our women's batch after 8 weeks of training, putting their skills to the test in a sparring session. This is where they learn to fight back.
My coach taught me, 'kutte bahut bhonkte hain lekin haathi chalte rehte hain' (dogs bark, but the elephant keeps walking). I share this wisdom with all my students, especially the women who face doubters every day.

At Bodyforce Fight Club, we give you a reality check. We analyze what goes wrong when women are in unfavorable situations—the hesitation, the freezing, the mental block.

- Mental Conditioning: We train you to overcome the 'nice girl' conditioning. It is okay to be aggressive when your safety is on the line. We help you work through the fear, embarrassment, and judgment that usually cloud your brain.
- Physical Reality: You will box, you will spar, and you will get pushed. We teach you to use your weight and leverage, not just brute strength. Whether it is situational awareness or escaping a grab, we practice until it becomes muscle memory.
- A Safe Space for Real Growth: Our training environment is professional and supportive. We are a brotherhood, and that extends to our women’s batches. You train with the same intensity as our pro fighters, because safety requires more than a weekend workshop—it requires practice.
