About Women's Empowerment Through Martial Arts
When you start, you might wonder if you have the right build for martial arts or gymnastics. My job is to spot you properly—guiding your backbend or helping you land that kick—so you move safely while getting stronger. You do not need to be fit to start; you get fit by showing up.
We run our women’s sessions in our Banashankari and RR Nagar branches with one goal: to help you find your power. Whether you are here for practical self-defense, core conditioning, or just to learn something new, we focus on safe, progressive learning.
Why it works
- Hands-on spotting: You will see me or my team right there with you. If you are practicing a stretch, a kick, or a defensive move, we provide manual support. This builds the trust you need to push past what you think is your limit.
- No-nonsense training: We keep the environment focused. You will work on your feet, your core, and your reflexes. We train in a warehouse setting, which keeps us grounded and focused on the work, not the decor.
