Every fighter gets personal attention. Here, I'm running pad drills with students of different ages to sharpen their reflexes and build muscle memory for both offense and defense.
It all starts with the first step. I work closely with every student, boy or girl, to teach the fundamentals of striking in a controlled one-on-one setting.
This is where training pays off. A student practices advanced kickboxing combinations with full protective gear, focusing on speed, power, and safe sparring techniques.
About One-on-One Coaching: Pad & Mitt Work
When we do pad work, we don't just go through the motions. You’ll be doing rounds of intense, focused mitt work designed to build that snap in your punch and defensive reflexes. I’ll be watching every movement—whether you are slipping, ducking, or firing a combo—and correcting it on the spot so you stop wasting energy on bad form and start landing clean, powerful shots.
Most gym-goers get lost in the crowd. In my 1:1 sessions, there’s nowhere to hide. Whether you’re training to compete or just want to hold your own, we get down to the technical details that group classes often miss.
The 1:1 Difference
We don’t believe in 'cardio boxing' where you just punch air for an hour. You’ll get sessions tailored to your pace where we break down your mechanics. If your guard drops when you get tired, I’ll be right there to drill it back into muscle memory. If your footwork is heavy, we fix it.
- Pad Work: This is where we build your 'fight IQ.' We work on specific combinations, timing, and reading your opponent.
- Video Feedback: We analyze your sessions. Seeing yourself on video is the fastest way to stop bad habits before they stick.
