About Programs for Every Ambition
You will not find 10-day crash courses or meaningless certificates here. Our progression is milestone-based, meaning you move to the next level only when you demonstrate the required stroke technique and stamina. Whether you are correcting a specific biomechanical fault or aiming for competitive squad selection, you are assessed on real performance, not the calendar.
Swimming is often treated as a casual activity, but at Sportiqo, we treat it as a disciplined sport. Our programs are designed to eliminate the 'survival swimming' mindset that plagues most adult and child learners.
Our Training Pathways
- Developmental Competitive Squad: Focused on the 13-19 age group, this program emphasizes aerobic conditioning and stroke refinement. You will train 5 days a week, with time-trials held quarterly to measure your speed improvements against the clock.
- Elite Performance Squad: For those with competitive ambitions. This includes dryland fitness, video analysis to correct micro-errors in your pull and rotation, and periodization to prepare you for district and national meets.
- 1-on-1 Stroke Correction: A high-intensity hour dedicated to biomechanics. If you are struggling with flip turns, dive starts, or illegal kicks, we use immediate feedback loops to fix these habits.
Why the Location Matters
We operate across key Mumbai locations, including BKC, Mumbai Central, Cuffe Parade, and Prabhadevi. We chose these sites to provide access to competition-standard pools, ensuring you are not training in crowded, shallow facilities. Our indoor centers allow for year-round, weather-proof sessions, meaning your progress does not pause when the monsoon hits or the temperature drops.
Our Methodology
Our coaching team, guided by Olympian Virdhawal Khade, uses techniques that focus on drag reduction and water efficiency. We do not just put you in the water and hope you learn. We break down the four strokes into drill components, ensuring that every session builds your stamina and confidence.
