I don't do mass production. When I put together a Diwali chai box or an Easter treat, it is just me and my team in Cuffe Parade focusing on the details. We use real ingredients. If it’s a mango cheesecake, it’s Alphonso season or nothing. If it’s chocolate, it’s the good stuff, not some waxy compound.
