About Practical Self-Defense Training
We do not just teach you how to throw a punch. Our self-defense training emphasizes situational awareness, distancing, and effective striking mechanics that actually work in real-world scenarios. We strip away complex, decorative moves and focus entirely on what keeps you safe and composed when things get intense.
Whether you are looking for women's self-defense, basic boxing drills, or a mix of MMA fundamentals, our training approach focuses on three core pillars: conditioning, technique, and mindset.
You will not find rigid, impossible routines here. We rotate sessions between boxing for hand strikes, Muay Thai for kicks and knees, and basic grappling. This variety ensures you get a full-body workout while learning actual combat principles. We train in moderate-sized batches at our Powai, Bandra, and Khar locations, which allows our instructors to correct your form on the spot.
Safety is our primary concern. While we push for intensity, sparring is always controlled and designed for learning rather than just fighting. We ask that you bring your own hand wraps and gloves for hygiene, but everything else is provided. If you prefer one-on-one attention, we also offer private coaching sessions scheduled at your convenience, perfect if you have specific goals like weight loss or competitive preparation.
