Whether you are walking in to learn the basics of tennis or stepping onto the mat for combat training, the focus remains on technical progression rather than just getting a workout.
Our Approach to Training
At Trinity Sports, we move beyond simple instruction. We built our programs to bridge the gap between complete beginner and competent player. Because we work across multiple facilities in Powai, Bandra, and Khar, we can match the right facility to the right sport. This means your cricket practice happens on turf, your tennis matches are held on proper courts, and combat sports are taught on safe, professional-grade mats.

Practical Logistics
- Batch Structure: Our group combat training runs in 3-month cycles with 3 sessions per week to ensure consistency. We keep batch sizes moderate, typically 10 to 15 students, so that everyone receives individual attention during partner drills.
- Private Coaching: If your schedule is unpredictable or you have specific goals like weight loss or competitive technique, our 1-on-1 sessions allow for customized curriculum and flexible timing.
- Safety: We maintain strict standards for equipment and hygiene. While we provide shared gear for classes, we encourage students to maintain their own personal hand wraps and gloves for hygiene reasons.
