About this collection

We know that the conditioning work required to nail a round-off or back handspring can feel repetitive, but it is the actual secret to safer, more powerful tumbling. Our coaches use specific progression drills on our AirTracks to help you bridge the gap between just attempting a skill and landing it with total confidence.

Building Your Tumbling Foundation

Floor and tumbling is where every gymnast starts, but it is also where you refine the power and control needed for higher-level artistic gymnastics. At our centers in Kudlu and Electronic City, we move past 'getting it done' to 'getting it right.' Our curriculum starts with basic shapes and movements, ensuring students build the core strength and flexibility necessary to prevent injury before moving to advanced aerials.

The TNT Progression Process

  • Drills First: We don't just throw students into a back tuck. We break every move down into manageable drills. If a student is stuck, we change the approach, not the expectation.
  • Equipment Support: We utilize AirTracks, crash mats, and spotting blocks to remove the fear factor. This allows our gymnasts to attempt round-offs, walkovers, and tumbling passes repeatedly without the risk of hard landings.
  • The Level Up System: Gymnastics is a long game. Our certification program helps students track their own growth, turning individual drills into measurable progress that they can celebrate.
